Roasted Pork Loin

This is a very simple, but very good recipe for Pork Loin. And, even with 6 people in our family, we always have leftovers! This is what we will be having for dinner tonight.

3-4lbs boneless pork loin
good balsamic vinegar
5-6 cloves of garlic, whole but crushed a little (depending on their size)

Take your pork loin and remove any excess skin. Once you have done this, make several slits in the top of your pork loin about 1 inch apart. Then take your crushed garlic, whole pieces, and put them into the slits you have made in the pork. This flavors the pork so well without being over pouring.
Next, pour the balsamic vinegar over your pork, I would say about 2-3tbsp. Turn the pork so that every side gets the balsamic on it.
Then, just put it into a 350 degree oven for 1.5 hours or until it is to your desired doneness. Enjoy!
