2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3T Italian Seasoning (or just enough until it absorbs most all of the oil)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 28oz can of whole tomatoes
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Seasoning and Garlic to oil. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring occassionally. Then add whole tomatoes by crushing them by hand, and then adding all their liquid. Next add the sugar. Stir and allow the liquid to come to a boil and then reduce the heat to a low and allow to simmer until thickened. About 20 minutes.
To use this for pizza sauce I simply just place it in my blender and blend it :)
