FIRST... Cut X's into the bottoms of your whole tomatoes
NEXT...Place the tomatoes in a pot of boiling water until the skins start to pull away from the tomato.
THEN...place the tomatoes directly into a bath of ice water, to avoid overcooking.
LASTLY...pull back the layers of skin, easily removes.
Then you have some beautiful cooked tomatoes to use for many things like my Homemade Marinara Sauce :)
