There are a couple repeats in our meal plan this week because some of the meals from last week, well we just didn't get to. Ended up eating with my parents etc, so I have carried those meals into this week. Here's the schedule:
Monday: Breakfast- cereal
Lunch- pb & j with chips
Dinner- shrimp tacos with tortilla chips and salsa/guacamole
Tuesday: Breakfast- banana pancakes(check out this post for my pancake mix)
Lunch- peanut butter sesame noodles (my kids love this with carrots shredded on top or to eat on the side)*hubby loves them too!
Dinner-Grilled Skirt Steak with a Fig Ginger Glaze (except I am going to use just boneless steak that was on sale) *this recipe is amazing...the glaze is to die for! w/ baked potatos and corn on the cob
Wednesday: Breakfast- scrambled eggs and toast
Lunch- Chicken Nuggets and sweet potato fries with pears
Dinner- Roasted Chicken with baked beans and steamed broccoli
Thursday: Breakfast-cereal
Lunch- ham sandwiches
Dinner-going to try Rachel Ray's Country French Chicken on top of some bow tie pasta. Sounds delish! with some peas or green beans to accompany.
Friday: Breakfast- toaster struddels
Lunch- kid's choice
Dinner- pizza night (frozen b/c they were on a great sale) but here is my homemade recipe if you want it.
Saturday: Breakfast- sausage biscuits
Lunch- cheese quesidillas
Dinner-hubby and I will most likely be going out for our anniversary this night....so chicken nuggets or leftovers for kiddos
Sunday: Breakfast-cereal
Lunch- eat out
Dinner- Chocolate Chicken with rice and corn
